Terms & Conditions

By purchasing our products, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:


1) Standard Terms and Conditions of Trading

  • These terms form the basis of the agreement between our customer and LÉLE Bakery. These terms, your order and order confirmation are considered by LÉLE Bakery to set out the whole agreement between you and us for the sale of our products. It is your responsibility to check through all details in the order confirmation are complete and accurate as this is the document we work to when completing your order.

  • This agreement together with order confirmation documents provided constitute the entire agreement and understanding between the parties relating to the order. Except as may be expressly stated in this agreement, it supersedes and cancels all prior agreements, statements, representations, understandings, negotiations and discussions, whether oral or written, between the parties.

  1. Each of the parties acknowledges and agrees that in entering into this agreement it does not rely on any statement, representation, warranty or understanding made prior to this agreement save to the extent that such statement, representation, warranty or understanding is incorporated into this agreement. 

  2. Each of the parties acknowledges and agrees that in entering into this agreement it has not relied on (or has been induced to enter into this agreement by) any statement, representation, warranty or understanding made prior to this agreement. Nothing in this paragraph excludes any liability for fraudulent misrepresentation.

  • In the event that any one or more such provisions of this agreement should be deemed to be invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining valid and enforceable provisions thereof which shall be construed as if such invalid or unenforceable provisions had not been inserted.


2) Pricing

  • All products are priced in Singapore Dollars (SGD). We do not charge Goods & Services Tax (GST).


3) Orders and Payments

  • No agreement is made with you until we have received your order. Once your order has been received you are in a legally binding agreement with LÉLE Bakery.

  • LÉLE Bakery and the customer expressly agree that the cakes and all goods purchased from LÉLE Bakery remain in the property of LÉLE Bakery until paid for in full.

  • Confirmation of orders are to be done 3 days in advance. Full payments must be made to confirm your order. The balance must be paid in cleared Singapore Dollars no later than the date set out in the order confirmation by bank transfer to the account specified. If payment is not received by the date specified the order is considered void. We reserve the right to hold the order until payment is made in full.

  • Additional charges may occur according to requests made via our online store.

  • Any samples, drawings, or descriptions we issue and any descriptions or illustrations contained on our website are issued solely to provide you with an approximate idea of the cakes they describe. We will not be held responsible for customer disappointment of the design or the interpretation of the cake as long as it is made in line with the customer’s pre agreed requirements set out in the order confirmation and will face no consequent liability. It is the customers responsibility to ensure all details within the order confirmation and sketch are correct and meet their exact requirements.

  • We cannot guarantee an exact replica of any cake depicted but we will do our best to make it so. Where specific requests are provided by you, we will do our best to match as close as we deem possible. Exact colour matches are not guaranteed.

  • We warrant that on delivery or collection the cakes shall conform to their description as set out in the order confirmation, be of satisfactory quality and comply with all food safety, statutory and regulatory requirements in Singapore. 

  1. If your cake contains figures and/or is made from sugar paste, whilst edible, we do not advise that they be eaten, due to the possible presence of dowels for reinforcement.

  2. Certain designs of cakes may contain Bubble Tea straws to support the figurines/second layer of cakes to ensure the stability of the cake through transport and display.


  • From time to time certain materials for our cakes may become obsolete. This is totally out of our control, however we will do our best to select replacement products to reflect the original design as closely as possible. We reserve the right to replace items with component parts of equal or better quality without consultation


4) Cake Decorations and Serving Sizes

  • All recommended servings, weights, and sizes are approximations depending on flavors and designs. Slight changes may be made to your cake design.

  • Cake sizes quoted are in inches and are based on the diameter of the cake. Cakes are 6 inches wide as standard. If you would like a larger cake, this needs to be requested at the time of booking.


5) Product dissatisfaction 

  • If there are any forms of dissatisfaction, Kindly WhatsApp us immediately. We do not entertain any forms of dissatisfaction 24 hours after the products have left the Bakery to give fair opportunity to assess the nature of the complaint. 

  • Both Parties agree to not post any negative information about the other arising out of this agreement or event on any online forum or website without providing advance written notice of the intended content thereof, and providing the other party with a prior opportunity to resolve any issues between the parties amicably.

  • Once payment has been handed over this confirms that decoration is as requested, and no further claims can be made. Customers who have requested sketches will be sent a detailed sketch or written description and use of photographs, of their cake/s prior to the celebration. It is the customers responsibility to check that this meets their requirements and to raise any issues with us if there are any discrepancies.

  1. Complaints regarding the decoration of celebration cakes can be easily repaired so errors of this nature must be pointed out upon delivery/collection so as to give us the opportunity to correct them. 

  2. If the complaints pertain to the quality of the cake, the cake, or remainder of the cake/tier, must be returned to us as soon as possible after cutting and within 24 hours of collection/delivery to ensure that we are able to fairly assess the nature of the complaint.


6) Deliveries

• The recipient of the cake order is fully responsible for checking the details of the order of the cake received which include (decorations, knives and candles) are correct and in good condition. Any disputes regarding damage to the cake or incorrect cake design will not be entertained if not raised to the driver at the time of delivery. Lele Bakery will not be responsible for any damage that occurs after the delivery has been completed for more than 30mins

• If there is no one present to receive the order during the delivery The driver will only wait for 15 mins. After which, driver may leave the items at a safe location in nearby the door. We will not be responsible for the conditions of these items if they are collected.

• If there is an issue with the cake design such as a missing decoration or wrong size Please call immediately at 8776 1510 so that we can provide assistance.


7) Pick ups

• All collections must be made before closing time of the day. Items that are not collected by closing time will be kept for collection on the next working day. Refund requests will not be entertained.

• The person collecting the items, including couriers engaged by the person who ordered the item is fully responsible for checking that the details of the order of the cake received (including of candles, decorations and knives, ) are correct and in good condition. Any disputes regarding damage to the item or incorrect cake design will not be entertained if not raised to us at the time of collection. We will not be responsible for any damage that occurs after the items have left our premises.


8) Refunds and Cancellation

  • Products sold are not refundable or exchangeable.

  • Once an order is confirmed, any payments previously made are not refundable.

  • All cancellations are to be submitted via email to lelesgpore@gmail.com

  • If there is a need for a change of product/design/delivery date, please contact us at least 3 days before the delivery date. Any changes are subject to the bakery’s availability. Additional charges may apply.

  • LÉLE Bakery reserves the right to cancel, vary or suspend the operation of this contract if events occur which are in the nature of force majeure including (without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing): fire, floods, storm, plant breakdown, strike, lock outs, riot, hostilities, non-availability of materials or supplies or any other event outside the control of LÉLE Bakery, and LÉLE Bakery shall not be liable for any breach of contract resulting from such an event.

  • LÉLE Bakery shall not under any circumstances be liable for the customer respect of indirect consequential loss or damage or loss of profits, provided always that these conditions do not exclude or restrict LÉLE Bakery statutory liability for death or personal injury arising from any negligence on LÉLE Bakery’s part or liability imposed by statutory implied terms in consumer agreements.

  • Lele Bakery SG LLP is not liable for any copyright infringement damages. Customers are solely responsible for the cake design they ordered from us. Any toy figurines are given Free Of Charge to customers and are not for sale from the bakery. Any logos or printed images are solely provided by customers, Lele Bakery SG LLP will not be liable for any damage or copyright infringement for any printed image or logos.
