Ordering and Cancellation
WhatsApp/call us at 8776 1510 (Preferred Whatsapp), please provide us with the designs, the number of pax to serve, and the date needed. Alternatively, you can purchase your cake on our online store with over 400 designs for you to choose from.
We would require at least 1 day advance notice subjected to the availability of the bakery.
As customised require a longer time to prepare, we would require at least 2 to 3 day advance notice subjected to the availability of the bakery. All slots are on a first come first serve basis. However, we provide same day delivery subjected to bakery's availability.

All off the shelve pastries are available from Monday to Sunday, 10 am to 6 pm daily.
We do not have whole cakes available in our retail store but you may whatsapp us at 87761510 to check on availbility for same day cakes and deliveries.
All cancellation has to be written in to our email or whatsapp. Simply inform us on the next tentative date of celebration and we will arrange accordingly.
- If your delivery/collection date is more than 7 days away from cancellation date, The amount you have paid will be converted into credits for future purchases.
- If your delivery/collection date is less than 5 days - There will be a 50% cancellation charge and 50% credited for your future purchases with us.
Products and Storage
We charge all our customised cakes according to the complication, size and color of the design. You may whatsapp/telegram us at 8776 1510 for a quotation. Our team usually reply within an hour.
As our cakes are freshly made from scratch with no preservatives, we recommend you enjoy our cakes on the day collection/delivery. Any leftovers can be kept inside an airtight container and store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
We are not halal-certified, but we enforce strictly on no pork no lard policy so that our Muslim friends can consume!
Yes, you may indicate your dietary preferences under additional order information. Our team will clarify with you if we are unclear about your allergies.
As all customised cakes are handmade from scratch by our bakers, We do not gurantee 100% replication of the design given to us. Slight variation may occur during the designing process.
Structuring of all cakes is vital, bubble tea straws act as a support to ensure all our cakes are well structured and safe for collection and delivery. Kindly remove the straws before consumption.
- All fresh cream cakes should be stored in the refrigerator at all times. It should last about 1 hour out of the fridge.
- For buttercream cakes, please keep refrigerated whenever possible, but if not, it should last in an air-conditioned room of 18 degree for about 2-3 hours.

Delivery and Collection
Delivery is at $20 (Flat Rate) at a 2-4 hours time frame.
We will try to deliver at the stated timing, however, please allow a plus-minus 2-hours time frame for your cake to arrive. However, there will be an additional charge $10 for express delivery if you require the cake to deliver at a specific timing
The recipient of the cake order is fully responsible for checking the details of the order of the cake received which include (decorations, knives and candles) are correct and in good condition. Any disputes regarding damage to the cake or incorrect cake design will not be entertained if not raised to the driver at the time of delivery. Lele Bakery will not be responsible for any damage that occurs after the delivery has been completed for more than 30mins
If there is no one present to receive the order during the delivery, the driver will only wait for 15 mins. After which, driver may leave the items at a safe location in nearby the door. We will not be responsible for the conditions of these items.
Yes, Do inform us of your reservation details to ensure smooth delivery. We are not held liable for any damage after the cake has been delivered. Represenative from hotel and restaurant are fully responsible for checking the details of the order of the cake received which include (decorations, knives and candles) are correct and in good condition.
No refund will be given for any orders taht are not collected. All orders will only be kept up to 2 days with us before we discard them away.
Yes you can, kindly provide the order number, name and contact number of the person that made the order upon collection.
